A booking becomes firm when the guest receives written or electronic confirmation. Availability, rates and services are shown at the time of booking.

Prices are displayed in Swiss francs unless stated otherwise. Taxes, supplements or optional services are specified before confirmation when applicable.

Modification, cancellation and refund conditions depend on the selected rate, the booked offer and the booking channel used.

In case of no-show or late arrival, the fees stated at the time of booking may be charged.

Arrival and departure times, included services and additional services are communicated on the website, in the confirmation or directly by the hotel.

Guests agree to respect the property, staff, other guests and the safety rules applying to the establishment.

Pattùs Hotel uses reasonable means to provide the confirmed services. Its liability is limited to proven direct damage, within the limits permitted by applicable law.

Guests remain responsible for their personal belongings, unless mandatory legal provisions state otherwise.

These terms are governed by Swiss law.

In case of dispute, the parties first seek an amicable solution. Competent venues are determined according to the applicable rules in Switzerland.
